Before CAS.AI joined the project in March 2024, Warzone Commander faced common issues that many indie developers encounter.

  • Limited monetization options with a small number of active ad networks.

  • D1 ROAS reached 67% on performance networks and 65% on Google Ads/Facebook.
  • Over 200,000 installs per month, with key metrics such as CTRs exceeding 7% and CRs reaching 35%.

3. Creative Excellence

Our creative team tested new concepts every three days, identifying top-performing assets that consistently drove high installs and engagement.

4. Issue Resolution and Optimization

When a technical issue caused a 10x drop in installs, our team conducted a thorough audit, released a fix, and boosted installs by 1.8x compared to the pre-issue period.

Monetization Impact

Shifting from an ad-reliant model, we established a hybrid monetization strategy with:

  • 88% revenue from In-App Advertising (IAA) and 12% from In-App Purchases (IAP).
  • A 4x increase in ad impressions per DAU and plans to further scale IAP to 20% of total revenue.
